Role Clarification
  1. You (the customer) are the Data Controller for all ERP/account/business data.
  2. Axiever acts as the Data Processor for ERP data and the Data Controller only for website analytics, leads, and communication data.

This structure ensures global compliance and reduces Axiever’s legal responsibility.

We only collect the minimum information necessary to provide our Services.

To reduce risk, Axiever does not intentionally collect:
